Golden shades lie on the autumnal wood.
The wood liked to talk in the speech of beech and oak.
Wild ducks who fly on sadly
Have nothing to regret and are far from this doom.

Being sorry for whom?
We all are wandering, roving –
You come and go and leave the empty home.
It dreams of those who roam through the world
And deep in the pool the moonlight is drowning.

Autumnal Woodlands

Violent winds rush through the dark wood,
I feel –
The leave-strewn soil is bitter cold.

Colourful leaves lend wings to fantasy,
I look around –
Orange and yellow blend in comfortable harmony.

Thick beech trunks are ivy-clad,
I see –
The green protects them against frost, snow and rain.

Through the forest echoes a mysterious melody,
I listen –
Rustling and creaking form a symphony.

Huge clouds move across the land,
I revel –
A sunbeam penetrates energetically the dull wall.

The fresh and cool air is heavenly,
I breathe deep –
I stay and enjoy the pure scent of the autumnal wood.

Enchanted Paths

Fundamentally, the world dreams of a magic subtle and bright.

Here, the nature lies wet with dew – no human hand has ever hurt it.
The scent of flowers floats through the air and the herbs wave gently in the wind.
Only a soft melody of elfish nature – carried by silence – enormously delicate.

Here lie the dreams that will become truth,
Here lies the real power of Earth.
On enchanted paths, born by elven magic –
Everything shall be possible and the way is full of wonders.

The House of the Executionerby *Malintra-Shadowmoon

The crumbled house of the executioner lies a little off the ghost village Galmbach in German Odenwald. The village was deserted in 1836 after "the little ice age without summer" caused mis-harvesting. This miserable situation was provoked by an outbreak of the Krakatoa.

Hmm... this is a very nice picture. The colors are very nice and the feeling from this picture is very strong. Even though time may pass some things don't always disappear, because history has already happened and will always leave its marks on the Earth. I think this is a great picture. If you look at it hard enough you can almost see a glimpse of the past. Only one thing I might add, the colors probably should have been adjusted a little more to add a more sensible feeling to the background, the colors are a little dull, the colors are good, but I don't think it has enough color to it. I'm saying this is a great picture all in all, but I think if the quality was a little better and it had just a little more color to it, then this picture would be much better. Anyway, great Photo.
