The Angel in Your Heart

The sun sets slowly beyond the mountain top.
All is dipped in a magnificent glowing red fire.
The moon shows itself, full and smiling.
Gradually, the nocturnal lights climb up the sky.

In your heart lives an angel,
Out of your eyes shines his light.
The angel protects you from the darkness,
And sees to that hope will never break.

The guardian angel watches over your dreams.
He sings for you a song of sleep.
Guards you the whole night long
Until next morning the sun will rise again.

Even sometimes when you are worried,
You are not left alone with it.
You can tell everything to the angel
For he will always be with you.

Joy he will share with you.
He is united with you closely.
The angel carries you through your life –
In happiness but also when your soul is weeping.

When you are sad and desperate,
The angel provides you with courage again.
Believe in your light in the heart
And all will be fine in the end.
