I am Me

A spot in the forest, place of meditation:
I – all alone with my thoughts,
Inhaling deeply, coming to rest. The soul is free.
I feel and find myself.

Leaves rustle in the wind.
High above, the moon shines with all its brightness.
Star glamour at the sky. Night comes to life.
I sit here in quiet amazement.

In this moment, I am completely silent.
I gather thoughts, emotions, impressions,
Absorb them to contemplate and to think about them.
They are strange to me …. But are also familiar.

Who am I?
What am I?
Where am I?

I am here on Earth but it draws me upwards
I am a living spark, a soul, filled with and by the Holy Spirit.
Here I am, re-incarnated, to help people, to listen to them,
To give hope, light and encouragement, to take as well. Simply to be me.

The moon breaks fully through the veil of the night.
Its shine is so clear and lights my way.
Soul sparks as sparkling stars in the firmament,
Waiting for their return … mind over matter.

I know the storm and the darkness,
The troublesome steps through a hard time.
I know the stitches, the scars and wounds
And I am always confronted with new ones.

But I also know the power that is within me,
A courageous heart that wakes the fighting spirit.
I know the passion to meet life and
To see the good and positive in grave situations.

This night’s forest song tells of old days,
Of values in the people which barely exist today.
But all that what I was looking for I have found with
Open heart, mind and eyes.

Long ago, I have left the wrong path.
I try to give love to all living beings and elements.
Light and Enlightenment is the way I am following.
Matter is of none importance…. I am!
